Copyright / Rights Holders
1.2. Content and infrastructure operated by a customer remain under the control of that customer or its infrastructure providers. As part of the software license, ProXtream does not rent or administer the servers on which that material is stored or transmitted and, by default, does not have administrative access to inspect, modify or remove it. Management decisions and operational responsibility for that material rest with the operator that controls it, without prejudice to any obligations applicable law may impose on each party.
Technical scope. ProXtream is not designed to decrypt copyright-protected signals, extract keys or tokens, or bypass DRM or other technological protection measures. The public website and licensing service do not request or retain server passwords, private keys or administrative credentials for customer-operated infrastructure.
Notices concerning specific material. When a claim concerns material located on a server that ProXtream does not host or control, a removal request should be directed to the service operator or hosting provider that has technical access to that material and the ability to act on it. Communications concerning the ProXtream website, licensing service or other services operated directly by ProXtream may be sent through the published contact channels.
ProXtream is a software provider independent of the content and infrastructure managed by its customers. Legal responsibilities relating to content hosted or transmitted by third parties rest with the parties that have effective control over that content and infrastructure, in accordance with applicable law.
ProXtream provides software infrastructure. Customer servers and independently managed content are outside the ProXtream service and remain under the control of their respective operators.
