ProXtream is licensed software infrastructure for professional OTT, cable, ISP and broadcasting operators. A license authorizes one MAIN IP; load balancers are not limited by quantity and remain subject to the capacity of the customer's infrastructure. User lines and simultaneous Live connections follow the purchased plan. ProXtream does not provide television channels, movies, playlists, links or third-party streams. The customer independently administers its installation, content, data, accounts, users, backups and external infrastructure. Standard assistance may include product information and operational commands. Daily or monthly infrastructure administration, datacenter incidents, deleted databases, server recovery, migrations and other work outside the panel are not included in the license and may be quoted separately.

ProXtream provides software infrastructure. Customer servers and independently managed content are outside the ProXtream service and remain under the control of their respective operators.
